概要

Gallery Collection展では草間彌生、村上隆、奈良美智、ロッカクアヤコ、具体美術を中心にWhitestone Galleryのコレクションを公開・販売いたします。

1967年の創設以来、東京・銀座で近現代の美術品を取り扱ってきたホワイトストーンギャラリーは、
具体美術の重要さにいち早く気づき、国内外で積極的に紹介、流通させました。
今日の具体美術の評価の高さはここで言うまでもありませんが、
その確かな審美眼で集められたコレクションは一見に値するに違いありません。

その中でも今展では、具体作家の1960-70年代の作品、草間彌生の貴重なかぼちゃ作品や、1990年代の奈良美智のドローイング、ロッカクアヤコの100号の大作、村上隆の版画やフラワーボールなど、日本の現代美術を代表する作品を軽井沢で展示致します。

Since its establishment in 1967, we have been dealing with modern and contemporary art from not only Japan but overseas. Especially, we had noticed the importance of the Gutai art association since then, and we have been cultivated the market for them.

Needless to say, Gutai is known in every continent today. Because we have been experiencing this postwar Japan with Gutai about 50 years, it is proved that we have the best collection of Gutai art.

While we have been cultivated the market for Gutai artists internationally, we have been exploring the art world. By doing this, our sense of beauty is trustworthy, and the gallery collection is worth visiting.
