JEFF ROSS - LOOP PLUS+

Jeff Ross, an artist who freely combines music, art, and street culture, will be appearing at Whitestone Karuizawa again. His first solo exhibition last year received a much bigger response than expected, and the long-awaited second part, "LOOP PLUS+", will be held from January 2025th to March 1nd, 26. His work has always been ahead of its time, and has fascinated many people with its unconventional art. What new perspective will Ross, who is known for his artwork for the legendary band Nirvana, take on art this time? You can feel the answer directly at the exhibition venue.

The theme of this exhibition, "Landscapes of the Earth," represents the organic connection of everything on Earth, including not only nature and the environment, but also people and the society that they live in. We hope that visitors will have the opportunity to take a fresh look at the everyday landscapes that we take for granted and the importance of the environment through the appreciation of art. The exhibition will focus on environmental art, and will feature selected paintings that convey the importance of the global environment, including works that have motifs of the mystery and beauty of nature and works by artists involved with the environment.
