The Karuizawa New Art Museum 1st floor gallery (WHITESTONE Gallery Karuizawa) will be holding AIO (Ai Otsuka)'s first solo exhibition at WHITESTONE, "AIO ARTfu."

AIO (Ai Otsuka)
Born on November 1982, 9, in Osaka Prefecture.
He debuted as a singer-songwriter in 2003.
He has been active in the music industry for 20 years, producing a wide variety of songs as if he were playing multiple roles by himself.
In parallel with music, he creates and presents picture books and illustrations, and in order to grasp art in a more three-dimensional way, he began taking up oil painting in earnest in 2020.
The driving force behind his work comes from overflowing images, and at its root is the existence of "water."
