The artist of this exhibition, Philip Colbert, will be performing on Saturday, December 12rd and Sunday, December 3th.
I visited the Karuizawa New Art Museum.
Many guests attended the reception on the 3rd, and there was also a museum tour with Colbert.
It was a great success.

He explained to me about sunflowers and lobsters and why the lobster was wearing a sunflower in a ceramic vase. It was all very interesting.

A 12-metre balloon-shaped piece was also unveiled for the occasion, and sunny skies were also a blessing.

To everyone who participated, "Philip Colbert: Welcome to Lobster Planet" will continue until the end of May next year. Please come again, whether you have already seen it or not.
This exhibition is recommended for art beginners who are simply drawn to the cute and humorous appearance of the lobsters, as well as art connoisseurs who are well-versed in art history, as it is deeply linked to art history.
Be sure to visit Lobster World.
We look forward to seeing you in Karuizawa!
