Philip Colbert landed on Karuizawa from London!

Philip Colbert, the artist of this exhibition, visited the Karuizawa New Art Museum on December 3 (Sat.) and 4 (Sun.).
The reception on December 3 was attended by many visitors, and the museum tour with Mr. Colbert was a great success.

A balloon-shaped work of art measuring 12 meters in size also made its appearance on this occasion, and we were blessed with clear skies.

The balloon is as tall as a four-story building.

He explained about sunflowers and lobster, and why lobster wear sunflowers in ceramic vase named Vincent. It was all very interesting.

Mr. Colbert talking enthusiastically about the shaped canvas.
